The short version
TennisAI: Swing Coach does not collect your data. Whatever you record, and whatever the app works out from it, stays on your iPhone or iPad. There is no account and no server. The app contains no analytics or advertising code.
What the app does with your video
When you record a session or import a video, the analysis runs on your device. The app uses Vision, Apple's on-device framework, to read your body position and work out where each stroke happens. Nothing is uploaded to make that work.
The app keeps your videos, the results it derives from them, and your session history in its own private storage on the device. No other app can read that storage. You can delete a session from inside the app whenever you want, and deleting the app takes everything with it.
Because that storage sits in the app's normal data folder, your sessions are included in your device backups. If you use iCloud Backup, they are backed up to your own iCloud account along with the rest of your apps' data. That backup belongs to you and we have no access to it.
Permissions the app asks for, and why

You can turn any of these off in Settings, though recording will not work without access to the camera.
Instead of recording, you can bring in a video you already have, either from Photos or from the Files app. Both of those pickers are run by iOS rather than by the app, which is why neither one needs a read permission: the app is handed only the single video you select and never sees the rest of your library or your documents. Once you pick one, the app copies it into its own storage so it can analyze it, and that copy is treated like any other session.
When you choose to share
The app can export a summary card or an annotated video of a session. Tapping Share opens the standard iOS share sheet, and you pick the destination: Messages, Mail, Files, Photos, or some other app. It goes there and nowhere else. The developer does not receive a copy and has no way to see what you shared or who you sent it to.
If you save something to your photo library and have iCloud Photos turned on, Apple may sync that item to your own iCloud account, covered by Apple's privacy policy rather than this one. That account is yours. We have no access to it.
Third-party code
There is none. The app is built only on frameworks that ship with iOS. No analytics SDK, no ad network, no crash reporter, and no third-party vendor of any kind has been added to it, so there is no third party to receive data from the app.
Tracking
The app does not track you. It never reads the advertising identifier (IDFA), it does not build a profile of you, and it does not link anything to you or your device for advertising or measurement across other companies' apps and websites.
Children
The app collects no data from anyone, and that includes children under 13.
Your data rights
Since nothing leaves your device, there is nothing held on our side for us to hand over, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. The controls are all yours: delete individual sessions in the app, or delete the app to clear everything it stored. Deleting a session removes its entry and the video the app saved for it. Temporary working files left behind by recording and exporting sit in the app's scratch space, where iOS clears them, and they go along with the app if you delete it.
Changes to this policy
If a later version of the app ever sends data off the device, this page will say so before that version ships, and the privacy details on the App Store listing will be updated to match.
