Questions, problems, or something the app got wrong? Email loganhtheofficial@gmail.com. It helps to say which iPhone you have, what iOS version it is running, and roughly how the video was filmed.
Getting good results
The app works from a video of you playing, so the filming matters more than anything else you can change.
- Film from the side, level with you, rather than from behind or in front.
- Keep your whole body in frame for the entire swing, feet included.
- Film from your hitting side if you can. If your body is between the camera and your racquet arm, that arm gets hidden at exactly the moment that matters most.
- Shoot in reasonable light. A blurred arm is a hard arm to track.
- A handful of clean groundstrokes reads better than a long rally at the far end of the court.
Common questions
It says it could not track a player
Nobody was found in the video, or the person found was too small or too obscured to measure. Refilm closer, with your full body in frame and better light. A busy background with other people in it can also confuse the tracking, since the app follows one person.
It counted the wrong number of swings
Swings are found from how fast your wrists move relative to your body, and timed from the sound of the ball on the strings. Anything that hides your arms from the camera, or a clip with the sound muted or covered by music, can cost you a swing or add one. Keeping your whole body in frame, and the video's sound on, is the single biggest improvement. Setting your racquet hand on your player profile helps too. If it keeps happening on a particular video, email it over and it can be looked at directly.
Why can I not compare swing speed between two videos?
Speed is measured in pixels, not miles per hour, because the app has no way to know how far away the camera was. That makes speed meaningful within one video and meaningless between two filmed from different distances. This is why swing speed is left out of the trend line and out of session comparisons, which use only the form angles, and those do carry across videos.
Does it know a forehand from a backhand?
No. The app measures your body, not your racquet or the ball. It does not label the type of shot, and it does not see where the ball went.
How do I delete a session?
Swipe or long press the session in your library and choose Delete. That removes the video and its results from your device. Deleting the app removes everything at once.
Where does my video go?
Nowhere. Everything is analyzed on your iPhone and stays there. There is no account, and no video, sound or score is ever uploaded. See the privacy policy for the full detail.
Requirements
An iPhone running iOS 26.0 or later. Analysis uses Apple's on-device Vision framework and needs a physical device, so it does not run in the iOS Simulator.
